1. The service
Reparaciones Cerca (reparacionescerca.es) is operated by Reparaciones Cerca. It is a free service that connects people who need a plumber or an electrician with independent plumbing and electrical contractors in the Barcelona area. Calling us costs you nothing beyond your normal phone rate.
2. We do not do the work
Reparaciones Cerca does not carry out plumbing or electrical work and does not employ the tradespeople who do it. The contractors are independent businesses. We are an affiliate of these contractors and receive a fee from them for each request we pass on.
3. Prices
Prices on this website are indicative starting prices for labour. Parts and materials are quoted separately, and night, weekend or holiday rates may apply. The contractor sets the final price and must confirm it to you before starting work. You are free to refuse.
4. Your contract is with the contractor
Any agreement for the work is made directly between you and the contractor. The contractor is responsible for the work, the invoice, payment and any guarantee. Your statutory consumer rights apply to that contract. Ask the contractor for a written quote and an invoice.
5. Availability and arrival times
We do our best to find a tradesperson quickly, but we cannot guarantee that one will be available or the arrival time. Times on this website are typical times, not promises.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Reparaciones Cerca is not liable for the work carried out by contractors or for damage caused by them. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under Spanish or EU law.
7. Using the website
The content of this website belongs to Reparaciones Cerca. You may not copy it for commercial use or misuse the phone line, for example with spam or abusive calls.
8. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you can bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence.
