- Limescale in taps, heaters and washing machines: Barcelona has some of the hardest water in Spain. Limescale clogs aerators, burns out water-heater elements and lowers pressure.
- Water heater not heating or dripping: usually the element, thermostat or safety valve, almost always because of limescale. Often it can be repaired without a new heater.
- Leaks reaching the flat below: a stain on their ceiling usually comes from your bathroom or kitchen. We find the source without breaking more than needed and give you an invoice and report for your insurer.
- Old lead or iron pipes: in older buildings they rust inside, leak and turn the water cloudy. We replace them section by section, without redoing the whole flat.
- Blocked shared downpipes: in older buildings they cause smells and water backing up into the shower or sink. We work with the residents' association or building manager.
- Slow kitchen and shower drains: grease, hair and limescale build up in the trap and pipe until the water stops draining.
